5.09.21 - Daniel 10

As we near the end of our study through the Book of Daniel we come to Daniel’s very last recorded vision. It comes in his old age when he is serving Cyrus in the Medo-Persian Empire. It is the vision of a man who will atone for the sins of Daniel and will strengthen him.

Near the end of his life Daniel is getting a glimpse of his saviour who would not be born for hundreds of years. This vision reminds us of the sovereignty of God, who rules and reigns over history and is moving it all in a particular direction... the direction of Jesus Christ.
