As we continue in our Advent series, “Hark the Herald” we move from the angel’s heralding of the coming Messiah to Mary’s own proclamation in her song the Magnificat. Mary magnifies her Lord for the great things he has done in scattering his enemies and lifting his own. All of which, of course, to be accomplished through the coming of the little one in Mary’s womb.
