This morning we continue our advent series, Hark the Herald, by looking at the visitation to Zechariah, the Father of John the Baptist. Unlike Mary, Zechariah responded to the herald of the Lord with doubt and spent months in silent contemplation about his lack of faith. When he is restored God heralds the good news through Zechariah, teaching us an important lesson about our role in the Christmas Story.
