After a few weeks away, we return to our study of Genesis and find that Joseph is right where we left him, in Egypt, ruling at the right hand of Pharaoh, providing the bread of life to Egypt and beyond during the great famine. In Chapter 42 we discover the famine has spread to Canaan, and Jacob sends his sons to buy bread and to unknowingly face the brother they thought to have left for dead…
